The island view felt pretty amazing. The beach offered clear water, very suitable for snorkeling. Pools are great, I saw comfortable mattresses on sunbeds near it. Staff did show kindness and availability throughout my stay.
I noticed a few flies near the outdoor dining areas.

I really liked the location right on the beach. the swimming pools are excellent. The infinity pool was especially nice. staff were friendly and helpful. snorkeling near the island was a definite plus.
I found the mattress and pillows were too hard. it did make sleeping difficult. Perhaps this is only in my room.

I found the location excellent with easy beach access. the pool was very nice, with a special area just for kids. also, the walkway on the hotel was great for evening strolls. It was a real plus. the beach and view were awesome too. It really added to the experience.
The staff behavior could use some improvement. They charged for a small water bottle for a child, which felt a bit much

I found the rooms clean with reasonable size. The bathroom had enough shampoo, conditioner, and shower bath supplies. I enjoyed the snorkeling a lot and saw many colorful fishes including huge turtles (a amazing experience!). The breakfast was decent, and the lunch buffet offered good food even with limited options.
